THE PERSON I ADMIRE THE MOST
A person that I admire a lot is Tim Burton, I know that he is not completely dedicated to drawing or other artistic disciplines, since he is better known as a film director and for animating films with fantastic and gothic stories, from what I know Tim won a scholarship to study at the California Institute of the Arts and later worked as an animator for Walt Disney.
Many of us have seen his films, in my case I grew up watching many of his incredible films, at first they seemed strange and gloomy to me, it scared me a bit since many scenes of his animated films are dark, but there is a lot of dedication and time spent, since several of his animations use the stop motion technique, such as: Corpse Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Frankenweenie and others.
What I admire most about Tim is his work, the dedication he gives to each of his films, he has such a unique style, he has an overflowing imagination of remarkable visuals with his stories, he is very inspiring to me, because all of his films require a lot of work, it has taught me that you should never give up with the projects you have, you can even bring inanimate objects to life.

ART
Hello everyone, today's topic is art:
I like art because it gives me the ability to connect with my feelings, I can express myself through it, whether in a painting, drawing or ceramics and that more people can feel and share their emotions with me, I have always believed that it has the power to change the lives of many people, especially children, who can enrich their creativity and many young people or adults who often are not good at verbally expressing what they feel and free themselves by expressing their feelings artistically.
When I was a girl I never imagined that I would become an artist, but I was always surrounded by art. I remember that I liked to draw and paint, at school I tried to draw the same as the illustrations on the myths and legends cards, so many children asked me for drawings. One of my most memorable memories was seeing how an aunt painted a landscape, I could spend hours watching her paint, feel the smell of paint and bring a canvas to life, it was something that fascinated me.
I think that one of my artistic skills is drawing and ceramics, maybe I'm not the best in the world at it, but it's something I could spend hours doing and I really enjoy it, I've never participated in a contest, I don't know if it's something that I would like to do now or in the future, but if I see myself teaching art to people so that they can participate in a contest.
One of my favorite artistic expressions is surrealism. I like that it proposes a theory of the unconscious and the irrational, forgetting a part of reality to change life, society and art, achieving surprising and ingenious works.
I really like this surreal painting 😍

A FOOD I REALLY LIKE
My favorite food is ice cream, especially if it is Swiss chocolate flavored. Its sweetness, freshness and
its many calories make it more delicious, for that reason it makes me like it even more.
In many situations you can eat ice cream and it is a good remedy for when you are sad. In general,
I don't eat ice cream every day (although if it were the only food in the world, I would always eat it) I only
eat it on special occasions, because it would not be healthy to consume large doses of sugar every day.
One way to get delicious ice cream is to do the following steps: 1- Go by car or bus to your nearest supermarket 2- In the supermarket look for your favorite flavor of ice cream 3-Buy it 4-Come home 5-Enjoy your Ice cream!
Just kidding, to make ice cream you have to have milk, cream, egg yolks, sugar, any extract, chocolate or cookies you want to add (quantities of ingredients vary, it all depends on how much ice cream you want), mix everything, then proceed to heat the mixture over low heat (you must stir), then transfer the mixture to a container and put it in your freezer and let it freeze until the next day and that's it, you can enjoy a delicious ice cream!

THE BEST PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY
Hello everyone, It's me again! This week's topic is my favorite piece of technology. Technology has been responsible for solving the practical problems of human beings. In my case, my favorite piece of technology is my computer, it has helped me with many things and I learn every day through it. The computer that I have now was given to me less than a year ago, since my old computer stopped working one day and its screen did not turn on anymore (I had it 7 years ago). I use my computer constantly, I am always doing reports for university classes, I also use it to watch videos on YouTube or listen to music on Spotify, in my free time to watch a movie or play The Sims 4.
I really like my computer because it has unlimited use, you can surf the internet, study, write texts or do work, it also serves you for your leisure time and even to communicate with more people. I have to admit that I use my computer more than my cell phone. If I were without it, it would be hard for me to adapt at first, because my computer has a lot of personal information that I would not like to lose, but I consider that I am a person who does not cling so much to technology and I could live without it.

The truth of why I chose my major
Hi everyone, when we are little we always dream of what we want to be when we grow up, I had always wanted to be a gymnast. I always admired watching the gymnasts in the Olympic Games, with their colorful and bright costumes, their routines on the mat and the music they used for each competition, it was something that really fascinated me! That dream started to fade away when I became a teenager and started to have more awareness of life, so my second option was to study digital animation and video game design. It was a career that amazed me, watching Tim Burton's Stop Motion movies, how he managed to give life to characters that were really static and through many photographs made them move, I loved it!
So in the end I decided to study visual arts! My art teacher at school convinced me and supported me to study arts, I’ve always been gifted artistically, and the career I wanted before was not too different from studying visual arts. When I got into the university I fell in love with the career, seeing the variety of things we could do; being able to paint, printmake and doimg ceramics. That last one I mentioned is the one that marked me the most. I can say that my experience at the university has been overall quite good, my teachers have been very good and are understanding, my friends and classmates are incredible, I am very grateful for meeting them, although sometimes there are too many things to do for each class and that makes me feel physically and mentally fatigued, but despite that I really enjoy what I'm studying, I would not change it for anything else. 😁
